Same, the name changing affected server 2 as well. Even tho I'm pretty sure I was playing on server 2 more than it syays, this is the time I have been on the server -

Random Death Match (RDM) - When a player kills another player without a valid reason.
Example- X walks around and then Y decides to randomly kill him without a valid reason.

New Life Rule (NLR) - When you die, the NLR timer starts. The NLR timer will take 3 minutes to wear off and during the 3 minutes you have to forget everything that happened in the past (who killed you, where you died, why you died). You can't go back to the place where you have died, you can't talk with the guy that killed you about your death and you can't talk with anyone about anything related to your death, and for sure, you can't kill the guy who killed you.

Example - X is inside his base. Y raided his base and killed him, X went back to his base but the NLR timer didn't end yet. Player X will receive a warning that says - "Breaking New Life Rule".

Metagaming- When a player says character stuff or business / job related stuff in the OOC( Out of character chat) chat.
Example -
The player is a hitman, telling people to place hits , and he used the OOC chat, even when he said something related to his job.
The wrong way , that counts as Meta-gaming and will get you a warning if you do it -

The right way, that will not make you get a warning -

Explain how you would handle the following situations:


First , I will bring both of them to a roof to handle the situation. I will ask player y if he killed x. If he says he didn't , he lies to a mod and gets a warning. even he did or didn't , I will continue with the case and before everything , I will hear both of the sides's case. After that, I will ask player x if he got any proof to show that it was a case of RDM and not a valid kill reason. If he doesn't , I will check If player x had a hit on him ( very similar to RDM , but a hitman could "rdm" people if they got a bounty on their head) If he didn't I will ask player y Why he killed him , If he said something
that will help me find out that its really rdm , I will warn him. If he didn't , there's nothing i can do about it.

Warning: Spoiler! [ Click to hide ]Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I will check when did player x killed player y, If the logs shows that he did break NLR (03:00 minutes didn't pass before player y took action) I will warn him for breaking NLR. If it didn't , It means player y didn't break NLR. I will ask them both to tell their side of the story, If its not helping, I will ask for evidence. If they both got nothing, there's nothing I can do.

If the player knows what meta-game is , I will warn him for meta-gaming. If he doesn't know what meta-gaming is, I will explain what meta-gaming is ( Saying character stuff in the ooc( Out of character chat ( Saying stuff that are not related to your character / business. )) and i will warn him anyway because not knowing the rules is not an excuse and you learn from mistakes.

Why should I be chosen?
Before you read this, remember that I'm the guy who threatened to ddos because he got angry and didn't control his anger. but guess what? I'm not that guy anymore. I got banned for about a month and I really regret what I did.

When I got banned , I had enough time to think about what I did and how fool I was to continue. They say people learn from mistakes, I think its true , well at least about me. I think twice before doing anything , I love helping , even as a user. Mostly , I record my gameplay each time I enter the server , so If anyone rdmes or break any rules , I could make a topic with evidences and im really active on the server , so it really helps me.
I left the server for a few weeks to have some time to focus on my school, and now that my grades are better, I have more time to be on ZARP.
I've changed my attitude and the way I look at things, I think I'm a better person now, than what I have been before.
I find myself very friendly , I make new friends everyday on the server because I accept everyone to join me. As a MoD , I will see the other side , not only the bad side of people. Because I'm a normal player for a very long time , I know how users wants to be treated.
I know , I used to have a lot of warnings. I know a lot of the admins / mods think of me as a kid or a minge, but guess what? i'm doing my very best to be good for everyone.
And yes. my English isn't the best, or not even good , but I'm taking English lessons during my summer vacation to be better or at least good. I'm here since bloc42 , when zarp only had 1 server so I know most of the community ( or the veteran players ). I'm trying to be as friendly as possible to my friends on the server and even more friendly to people who don't like me. So , I hope you will consider me and won't reject me just because of the ban.
