i wonder if anyone that supported actually knows this person as a staff member and not a player that "he came to my home and protected me" - that doesn't make someone a good admin.
Just like nex said, you aren't doing many f1s and personally i may not know from the recent week, but you didn't do much before that too.

Oh and btw if you're saying you don't have enough power as a mod, You don't fit the job. In my opinion as a mod you need to be able to take control of a situation and not get this thought of "ugh i'm so powerless" cause trust me you're not, based on my own experience.
You can deal with any situation with the powers that are given to you as a mod.
