Based on Nexize's opinion. I would say that if you only have 30 hours then you should play more to have more experience. Being staff isn't just "oh lets come on this server, player for a bit and apply", you have to work if you actually get it.
oh and 4 days isn't much btw. i applied when i had about 200+ hours.
