If you try to join the server it should show how long you were banned for and who banned you, if you do this we can use the information to talk about the unban appeal with the Admin who banned you.
Edit: I searched through the ban logs and it shows that AllThatJazz banned you permanently for Mass RDM and leaving, I will contact her about this issue as soon as possible.
