I am going to be honest here... As far as I can see right now, I do not believe that this server would succeed as much as you are hoping for. Personally, I would rather go for a sandbox server or create 'Build RP' with a very unique twist, with new features and innovations rather than using the same old addons which are seen on every server. I would recommend you ask/hire a professional Garry's Mod/LUA/Java coder (I'm not sure which language is used for addons) (if you are not a coder yourself) for some custom (ZARP) made features which we could use on other servers as-well if they are compatible.
