I dont believe that you're ready for Admin yet.
You might regret what you've done a few weeks ago and maybe you learned from it but you got denied for other reasons and you need to work on them.

You're short tempered and arguing alot if someone has other opinions than you. If anyone does not agree with you or want to give you advices, you're not listening and not taking it serious.
