Suggestion Title:
Remove the mutant job

How would it benefit the server:
Removing the mutant class would totally eradicate the idiots who use the job to commit mass RDM due to the quick and easy access to a weapon that is pretty damn powerful when thrown. Time and time again I have seen mutants step outside of their sewers / underground to knife people at complete random. I believe that me and many other people would like to stop losing valuable weapons and items to some children who use this job to essentially justify RDM. The job was fun at first and was a new alternative way of playing. Hell, it even had some good RP applications due to the uprising scenarios.

However, this is no longer the case and the mutant is seen as the job of immature children and rule-breakers alike with good reason.
