Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match also known as "RDM" is when a player kills another player for no reason.

Player X sees Player Y, Player X takes out a Famas from his inventory. He walks behind Player Y and pulls his gun out and shoots Player Y until his is dead.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule otherwise known as "NLR" is when a player dies at a certain area, then decides to return to the location to prevent a raid as example.

Player X is raiding Player Y. Player X shoots Player Y and kills him in the raid. After Player Y dies and respawns he return's to his base and proceeds to kill Player X for raiding him.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
When a player types anything roleplay related into OOC(out of character).
Player X types /ooc My printer's just got stolen. Help me police.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X.
I would bring Player X and player Y to the a roof. I would ask what happened with more information. Player X accuses Player Y of RDM in this case. I ask for proof and if no proof provided i will not be able to do anything.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I bring them to a roof and ask for what happened, proof is needed ofcourse so i cannot do anything otherwise. Player X got proof of player Y breaking NLR tho, He has a video, i ask him to upload the video and send me a link, i will inspect the video and warn Player Y for breaking NLR after seeing that he did break NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I Would asking him to stop metagaming and if he did not i would warm him for it.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

I really like ZARP and want to improve by removing rule breaking users and keep it clean. I think the server has a good playerbase but the police are not always following the rules when I'm online. For example when the cops NLR. ZARP already got great staff and i would love to be in the staff team with 'em. Sometimes it can be empty of staff and i could fit in those situations.
