Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match otherwise known as RDM is when a player kills another player without reason.

Player 1 sees Player 2, Player 1 decides to take out a AK47 from his inventory. He goes up to Player 2 and take's out his gun and shoots Player 2 to death.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule shortened by NLR is when a player who died at a certain location decides to return to the exact location to prevent a raid as a example.

Player 1's team is raiding Player 2. Player 1 shoots Player 2 to death in the raid, After Player 2 dies when he respawns he return's to his base (where he was killed) and procceds to kill Player 1 for raiding him. (EXAMPLE)

When a player types anything roleplay related into OOC (Out Of Character)
Player 1 types /ooc My printer's just got stolen! Help me cops!!

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would bring Player x and player y to the a roof. I would ask what happened with more information. Player x accuses Player y of RDM in this case. I ask for proof and if no proof provided i will not be able to do anything.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I bring them to a roof and ask for what happened, proof is needed ofcourse so i cannot do anything otherwise. Player x got proof of player y breaking NLR tho, He has a video, i ask him to upload the video and send me a link, i will inspect the video and warn Player y for breaking NLR after seeing that he did break NLR.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I say he should use F1 to report any occuring problems.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
As i have been Moderator or Administrator on other servers and i know rules ofsort. I have not been administrating or moderating at servers lately alot. I really like ZARP and want to improve by removing rule breaking users and keep it clean. I think the server has a good playerbase but the police are not always following the rules when I'm online. For example when the cops NLR. ZARP already got great staff and i would love to be in the staff team with 'em. Sometimes it can be empty of staff and i could fit in those situations.
