How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)First i would easly ask if he could stop.If he didnt i would mute him and warn him untill it ends with a kick.If he is joining and do the same i would ask a staff to ban him.

Why i should be promoted:Im kind on the server and i warn people when i need to do it..And im not immature ..I got staff of the week once and i was the first guy how got that ..Which means im a good moderator. (Maybe) im quiet at times and i know the rules ..And im good at English too.(Maybe)I like the server allot and i know how to face a guy hows breaking the rules..Im not agressive or something like that im happy and glad when i join the server..
