Bunny hop related

Explain how you would help someone that is new to the gamemode.
If the person is asking for help then I would teleport us both to the start. After that I will explain the basics to him, such as which keys to press and how to get speed. Once he or she understands the basics I will offer this person if he or she wants to learn on how to use binds, such as the mousewheel for jumping. When these two things are finished I will stick around the person for around 10 or 15 minutes to give them feedback on their bhopping skills, and if they need more help or training then I will stay around till this person fully understands on how to bunnyhop properly.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
First off I would give them a verbal warning if they micspam. If the person does not listen I will either gag them if they micspam, or a mute if they chatspam, following with a warning for text/mic spamming.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would tell them to stop exploiting. If they don't listen and keep continueing exploiting on the map I will kick them from the server and let somebody with a higher rank ban him, since I don't think moderators have the privilege to ban people from the server.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
Currently I'm a SuperAdmin for DeathRun, TeamSpeak 3 & Forum staff. All these ranks have proven that I'm a trustworthy person. I haven't abused any of my commands in any negative way. Above this I am very helpful. I'm always willing to help/available to other people who need help when I'm online on Steam. The bunny hop server is new, and I want to help it grow. I'm an experienced ZARP member and I'm known by many people. With my experience I can help make ZARP grow. I'm experienced with ULX and all the stuff that comes with the rank.
