Explain how you would help someone that is new to the gamemode.:
I would welcome them to the server and explain to them that if they have any trouble they can use the "@" Chat command to speak to a member of staff. I would also tell them they can use !motd to look at the server rules, and if they are having difficulty completing the map they may lower the difficulty using the F1 menu

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.:
I would explain to the player that what they are doing is wrong and they should stop immediatley.
I would then proceed to !gag them (For micspam) or !mute them (For chatspam)

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.:
If the player is caught hacking or exploiting in any way I would immediatley tell them to stop. If their behavior continued I would contact a member of staff with a higher rank to deal with the situation.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).:
I feel I should be chosen as I am an active member of the community and am experienced with ULX already from my staff positions on other servers. I am currently Admin on TTT, Superadmin on Deathrun and Admin on SSRP. Throughout this I have maintained my activity on all of these servers and bhop. I feel I would make a valuable contribution to the staff team as my experience on the other zarp servers would help me moderate the Bhop server to the best of my ability. I also feel I am a trusted and dedicated member of staff and would like the opportunity to obtain this rank. I have never broken any rules during my time at Zarp and continue to handle all situations calmly and proffesionally.
