Firstly your GT are wrong it just links straight to the server homepage and when I go to search you up with the steam name you provided it comes up with "No results found", I don't know if this GT fault or yours, if it yours can you please fix it. Also I don't know if English is your first language but this is hard to read and looks rushed. Another thing you said "and if he will i'll gonna kick him." why would you kick him you would either mute / gag him, then warn him or if he keeps on being disrespectful you would get a higher up to ban him.

My final verdict for this application is -support because it looks very rushed and not a lot of effort put into it, also fix your game tracker links.
