Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM, or Random Death Match, is randomly killing someone without proper reason/evidence.
Example: As an innocent, I just found an extremely cool shotgun, and I want to test it out.
I go outside and start killing everyone who comes across my path, just to see how cool it looks on people and how fun it is to kill people.

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:
1. I see person X killing Detective X or an innocent (after checking his body), so I put a KOS on him
2. I get poisoned by person X and before he got away, I just catched his name, and I put a KOS on him
3. I see person X with a knife, before announcing he is an innocent with a traitor weapon; I put a KOS on him because he's (probably) a Traitor

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
1. I see person X using Taunt X; a taunt I can't afford and I envy him, so I want him dead.
I put a KOS on him to make sure he's dead as soon possible.
2. I see person X with a poison dart gun, but 2 minutes ago he typed this in the chat;
'Person X: I'm proven innocent and may have a T weapon'

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 75 words):
I started playing Steam games since 2004; I have 10 years (almost 11) of experience on Steam-based games (CS:S and HL2 were one of my first games) and I've been admin and/or server owner quite a lot already
I've had my own DarkRP server for a long time, and switched over to a 'Extreme Football Throwdown' server after a couple of months
I stopped running a server (+- 1 year ago) because I had no money to keep it running; no income, no donations and didn't play too often on the server
Now, I started playing Garry's Mod again a while ago, because I bought it for my girlfriend (Joyce) and she enjoys it aswell
Zarp is one of the only servers I like playing TTT on (The maps, the people, the pointshop - the taunts for example, oh god, I love the taunts,...) and I'd love being a part of the staff on it.
I think I'm a nice guy and someone people quickly like and I'd love working together with the staff and helping out the other people.
