Story - First of im making this i did make it in the wrong format and stuff. So im not trying to spam this.
So the idea was that me and a friend wanted to try a "scam" or more like a "joke." We wanted to make fun of how people always thinks that becouse they can DDoS they are special. So we made a house where we offered DDoS attacks for money (yes we offered to get people banned but that isnt what i got banned for so that is irrelevant to a degree). So first of yes this was a joke. We wanted to see how people reacted so we could make a little video about it. We did however not record this but only wanted to see stuff like: How would people react? How much money would people pay for this? Did anyone actualy tell us that what we were doing was wrong? Would people threatn to DDoS us? etc. So basicly we wanted gather some "research." So the first problems arrived when we (for fun) asked a mod (Iluminatix) for a DDoS program. However he thought of this as much more serius than what we intended. We used chat and we used smileys like: . So we though he had realized it was a joke. We did somewhat of the same thing when we made our "shop" we would make sure to tell them that this was for research purposes only. However only after we were done. In the case that they wanted there money back, we would give them their money back. No admins were apprently aweare of that fact.
I'm not blaming illuminatix for banning me. He did what he had to i guess. Im just saying he could have TPed me and talked to me.
Also before people say stuff like "you deserve it you threadned to DDoS the server" or whatever. Just understand that this was purely for fun and to gather some light hearthed research. We though we made it clear that we were not serius but aperently we weren't. The fault is 100% on us and i am not blaming any admins.

[spoiler]So got banned by Pink for supposed DDoS threats. However what Pink failed to realize was that this was a joke. And even more than that i did not threatn anyone with DDoS however only used it as a joke. As for proof. Pink claims that all the proof he needs is him being there. As for me i have no proof of anything and should not be required to do so either. So what happened is that we had a house. In this house we offered so ban/warn/DDoS/Demote (mod/admin) HOWEVER we were trying out a "scam" concept. So we would have one person (HoLeeFuk_9 Aka: Mike Harrington) Change his name to the one we were fake DDoSing, then he would leave and we would claim the DDoS were succesful and requiere the money. Though scamming isn't allowed and we are aweare of that. This was a concept not intended to be used on Zarp but we wanted to try it on a server with alot of people on. We were gonna see how players behaved to this. How much players were willing to pay etc. We would give any money give to us back. As this was purely meant for research.
