Bhop related

Explain how you would help someone that is new to the gamemode. (warning: this contains a lot of spoilers and is extremely boring to read if you know what bhop is or if you're not interested in the gamemode)


Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
Textspam: I would instantly mute the guy, then friendly ask him to stop spamming the chat. I would then unmute him, and see if he stops chatspamming. If he stops, I would let it slide and give him a verbal warning not to do it again.
If he goes on spamming after I asked him nicely to stop, I would mute him again until the end of the map and warn him for chatspam.
Micspam: I would gag the guy, and ask him to respond in chat to my questions. I would first ask him why he was micspamming. After that, I would ask him if he won't do it again after I unmute him. If he continues micspamming, I would gag him for the rest of the map and warn the player for micspam.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
I would spectate the player first, and look which kind of exploit he is using. If it would improve his time only, I would pm him and friendly ask him to stop. If he goes on, I would warn him for map exploiting. If it would ruin other people's bhop experience, I would warn the guy for map exploiting, after investigating what kind of exploit it is.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
I should be chosen because I am a reliable and trustworthy player. I am active on the server (around 1-2 hours a day).
I'm staff on 3 other servers (DR, TTT and SSRP), which shows I can be trusted with powers. I have a lot of experience in bhop, not only on ZARP, but also on other bhop servers, so I know the rules. I know how to use the ULX commands, and I know how to deal with disrespectful players.

This is a gamemode for beginners, advanced users use their mousewheel, but as you just began playing bhop, I would strongly advise you to play on autohop first.[/li] [li][u]Autostrafe:[/u] Basically the same as Autohop, but you get some help with strafing.[/li] [li][u]Normal:[/u] If you hold down spacebar, you won't keep jumping. You need to use your mousewheel to jump now, but as you're new to the gamemode, I won't explain it in detail.[/li] [li][u]Sideways:[/u] Your A and D keys are disabled, so you can only use your W and S keys.
