Any fading door, controlled via button or keypad, must be open for at least four seconds before shut again. It does say in the motd;
Regarding Skaters raiding you before the raid-timer was over, the evidence you've submitted of the chat logs do not prove anything. It does not prove they broke NLR or Raid-timer. If they kept raiding, and you thought they were under the influence of NLR, why did you not call another member of staff or perhaps record etc.?
