Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match also known as "RDM" is when a person gets killed without a proper RP reason
Scenario: Derp is walking on the streets and Bob comes and kills him with his AK-47

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule also known as "NLR" is when u die u can't go back to the district that u died (between two tunnels)
Scenario: Bob is getting raided by Derp, Derp kills bob. Bob returns and kills Derp.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Telling where to meet, Telling where u are, asking for help while u're getting raided in OOC

Bob is getting raided by Derp and calls for help using OOC wich means (out of character)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would First teleport player X to me and ask for his side of the story and see if he has any proof etc...
Than i would teleport player Y to me and ask for his side of the story.
Than i would compare their stories and look at the proof (has to be clear proof that gives much information about the situation) given to me by player X
Because it could be a mug etc...

But anyway let's get to the point.
I would warn player Y for RDM.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would teleport Player X to me and ask what actually happened and ask for proof.
Than i would teleport player Y to me and ask for his side of the story.

I would warn player Y for NLR.
(If player y wasn't a mutant or a police defending PD)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would teleport to Player X and tell him what he has done wrong.
Then warn him for Metagaming.

Why I should be chosen:

The server has many rulebreaking players.
And I would like to stop that.
Ever since I joined Zarp i couldn't stand such a nice community getting ruined by rulebreakers.
So I started applying for moderator I got denied twice for DarkRP mod and once for TTT mod.
I have improved myself from what I was earlier just to be able to help the Zarp community stop rulebreakers.
After considering a long time i've decided to apply for a third time.
I hope it's worth it.
