Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Well I have been moderator for about a bit over 6-7 weeks not certain and I have got to the point where I help new mods on f1s if they are not sure and I have learnt a lot about the system zarp.i have came to know many admins/mods/staff .

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I have had a time when a user would sadly shout abuse I overcame this by ignoring them and then warning. I have had to ban people so I call an admin politely and get him to do the ban.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Thank you for appealing the ban I hope you understand the offence fully and will strive to put it right. As this is your first ban on record I will be lenient as you are sincere. Please don’t re-offend or the sanction will be permanent. Thanks from specific -accepted

Why believe that I should be promoted.
I have been a mod for quite a long time and I think to be able to contribute more and help more I need to be admin. I am a trusted player and mod and most common players and staff know me. Yes I take in to account that 2 weeks ago I had a minor bump in the road and I have learnt from it and I believe that after 2 weeks we should forget the past actions and take recent ones into account. I am constantly trying to improve my skill and I believe that I have got to a strong point in being a mod and I would like to have a shot at being an admin. I wish that you would grant me admin. [spoiler]Hello congtradulations on becoming a moderater on zarp I wish you the best of luck and heres some training points.

First of all I would suggest using the tab menu instead of manual written commands as there’s are not able to mess up and lets start of basic

You have 8 options kick, slay, bring, goto, back /spawn or last location, freeze, unban from job, teleport 
You will hardly use kick only if there is a prop spammer or somebody not removing props with warning to do so.
Slay if a big gun rule is broke and they don’t holster gun with warning or prop spammer to give you time to kick them. 
Bring is useful in f1s 
Back is very good to put player back to last location or spawn makes life easier basically 
Freeze if somebody will run from f1 and as freeze for 30 sec or 1 min as punishment
Unban from job is if in random demote situation. 
And last but no means lest teleport to move a player to location looking at eg a roof out of the way. 
Next on the agenda is f1 menu 
Your f1 menu gives you basic options like bring goto and teleport. These are helpful in f1 also you can copy reason and reporter stream id and you can discard as spam. Use the log to check if player was killed and you can copy log also arrests and job change.
Next is your abilities 
You can tp as mod on duty and is in situation as other job but abusing this could result in demotion.
You can warn by typing in chat /warn player name reason

  [li]/goto steam id[/li]
  [li]/freeze steam id[/li]
  [li]/tp steam id[/li]
  [li]/bring steam id[/li]
  [li]/warn steam id reason[/li]

[/ul]warn using their steam id as it is more accurate.

congratulations  set an example and don’t be scared to ask for help and never tp other member of staff and don’t abuse or punishment will follow.
