Story - What happend?i was playing on the server and trying to log back in again and again even after all crashes. Suddendly i got this message when trying to log in

I got just nothing to say, the only thing i did was logging back on the server but the server being shutdowned over and over again. How am i supposed to crash i server i can't even get into it. Is there just any chance i can get unbanned? I feel like it's very aggresive to just ban me. I didn't get any signs i was just logging on the server
