How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
If I will see someone is being bullied – Bullier will get consequences. First time : Verbal warning and moving target to other channel. Second time : Kick from server. Third time+ : Banning for over a week.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.

Teamspeak 3 have a lot of administrative features. These can be:

Moving users through channels and spacers
Creating channels and editing password
Access to ban or kick people
Mute people or change channels permissions
Grant talk power or use Channel Commander

They can be used appropriately by providing support to players by protecting them from rulebreakers. These powers can be used to punish people.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 70 words).
I am very active person on TS3 server. I talk every day with a lot of people. I am very talkative and friendly person. Sometimes I see people disrespecting each self and no one from Staff team online at this moment. I would really like to get this responsibility to help improve ZARP TS3 server and actually be available to help people even more that you can expect. This rank will help me a lot since I am Minecraft Headadmin and I need to lead the meetings. I am DarkRP admin aswell. It will be pleasure to serve ZARP well.
