Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

First Id teleport both players to me and ask player y if he had any proof that his NLR timer has ran out and see if theres any recording from player x (to prove he returned in less than 3 minutes) if there isnt enough evidence id probably let him off with a warning considering its not a major offence in my opinion, if there was proof, he would be warned for RDM.
