43 hours are not enough in my opinion, Doesnt matter if you played DarkRP before.
Zarp has his own Rules and its helpfull to know some users & the maps.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First of all, I would teleport Player X to me and then i would ask him what happened. Then if he says that he got RDM'd by player y. I would check the console log if its true and if it is true then i would teleport Player Y. After that I would ask him " Why did you kill Player X ?" and i would hope for a truthful answer. If the player is new to the server and did not mean to kill Player X then i would let him go with a verbal warning but it if happens again then he will get a warning for RDM.

I would like to see you going into more details in the last scene, for example what would you do if he denies it and a example if he admit it and he is not a new player.
