How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
I would ask the victim for proof of him being bullied, then if he had proof I would move both of them into a spacer channel and try to work out their problems. If they do not work it out and the bully carries on bullying I would kick him, if he carries on he would recieve a ban.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:
These are the most used features of the teamspeak staff rank.
Kick:
Kicking is probably the most effective feature teamspeak staff have. It should be used if a person is not doing what a teamspeak staff member is telling him. e.g. A teamspeak staff member tells him to stop mic spamming and he continues would result in a kick.
Ban:
Banning should not be used lightly. It should only be used if the person is repeatedly breaking the rules and kicking does not work. e.g. After a mic spammer has been kicked he comes back and continues to mic spam.
Moving People To and From Channels:
Moving people into channels can be used for many things like helping move people into the meeting room and moving people into a spacer to sort out a problem.
Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I have previously been teamspeak staff before so I am familiar with the rules and how to deal with a variety of situations. I am quite active on teamspeak and know how to use all of the teamspeak administrative features already. I am also a trusted member in the ZARP community.
