Compared to DarkRP, the other servers just aren't populated enough to justify the need for teamspeak staff. There are plenty of other members of the community you can ask to perhaps move you etc. as needed. You say that it would be useful for meetings but surely whenever a meeting is hosted you'll already have a Community Manager etc. there?
