How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3? - I would move the bully to a spacer, I would talk to him and explain to him that what he is doing is wrong, and warn him... If he would continue provocation, I would temporarily ban him.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately. -

-Kick - Kick is a command used if a person micspams or argues, after a warning.

-Ban - Ban is to be used only as a last resort, if a person is constantly abusing his mic and breaking the channel rules.

-Mute - Mute is a command used when a person spams on his mic or plays music, or just bully's other people and verbally assaulting them.

-Forcing Push to talk - If a person has a bad mic with constant buzzing, or if people can hear everybody in the 10 meter radius, sometimes admins have to force push to talk on people.

-Adding Badges - Basically a badge presents usually a staff member or a person that contributed to the server... The TS Staff can add badges based on a persons rank and deeds.

-Moving people - Allows staff to move a person from on channel to an other (or to a spacer) for reasons like having to privately talk to them or moving them because of a meeting.

-Delete Avatars - If someone has an insulting avatar, a staff member can remove it.

-Put password on channel - allows a player to put a password on a channel if there is a meeting or similar.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 50 words). - I should be chosen as staff because I am very active on teamspeak, I have a good working mic and I treat all people the same. I am mature and I wont abuse power. I have never been banned or warned for breaking teamspeak rules. I love the teamspeak, it is greatly organised and I have wanted to become a staff member for a few weeks now, and now that the apps are opened, I will try my luck.
