How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
I would move the suspected bully into a spacer, and ask them why they're bullying another member of the community, if they never came up with a legitimate excuse, I would have to temporarily ban them.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

(I may not be able to name all of these features, but I could also learn what other features there are in training)
Kick - Kicks a player from the server, this is only to be used when necessary.
Example - A user is being offensive and needs to stop annoying people, so a TS3 staff member kicks him from the server.

Ban - Bans people from the server, you should only use this when somebody has broken Teamspeak rules.
Example - A community banned player is ALTing onto the teamspeak, on their way they meet a member of the TS3 staff team, this staff member should ban them permanently, and immediately.

Move people - This is to move a user into any channel that is necessary.
Example - There's a meeting on, and all DarkRP staff need to be moved in. Teamspeak staff would proceed to move the staff members in.

Delete Avatar - This is a power which may be needed, it will remove a player's avatar from their Teamspeak account for when it is unnecessary.
Example - A user has an offensive avatar, a staff member should proceed to ban them.

Set Server Group - This will give a player a server group, this is used for players who have just joined a staff team and other reasons.
Example - Ryan formats his computer, and needs his DarkRP admin badge back, he proceeds to request it from a TS3 staff member, that staff member should proceed to give him the rank if they know he's 100% an administrator on DarkRP.

Lock channel - You can lock channels with a password.
Example - A player is stalking a TS3 staff member, they decide to lock a channel so they don't get stalked anymore.

Create a new channel - This is unneeded right now, because we don't have the facility at the current time. But, it just creates a room.
Example - ZARP open a new gamemode, a TS3 staff member would be able to create a channel for said gamemode.

Join Spacers - Teamspeak staff have the power to join spacers and other channels that have a full limit.
Example - A teamspeak staff member wants to speak privately, he joins a spacer and moves the other person in to speak alone.

Granting Talk Power - Allows one person to talk at a time
Example - There are 40 people in a meeting, and they're all talking at once, TS3 staff force mute them all and only let one speak at a time.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 50 words).
I've been interested in administrating Teamspeak for a while, but I've been waiting for the applications to open, I'm active on Teamspeak and I've only had one proper ban for doing something inappropriate in a meeting, I soon learned this was wrong and I have changed my ways ever since. I have a lot of fun on teamspeak and it wouldn't interfere with administrating any other server, since it's just a program I mainly run in the background to talk to people. I'm a friendly person in teamspeak for most of the time, and I think I'm able to take on this position with pride.

Thanks for reading.
