Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Well I have been moderator for about a bit over 5 weeks not certain and I have got to the point where I help new mods on f1s if they are not sure and I have learnt a lot about the system at zarp.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I have had a lot of problems over my time I had to handle some very serious f1s such as a guy chair glitching into race track and I went through but lacked the power to ban so I had to call another admin onto server 1 to ban which was a pain to do. Also I regularly get abuse and some guy got in serious trouble as he told me to get cancer and die.
If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I have read your appeal and you have given good reason to un-ban also you have made good effort to apologize never re-offend same rule or permaban will be issuued. –Accepted

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
First of all thank you for taking the time to read this it means a lot to me. I have been on ZARP server a lot actually it’s the only community I go on. I wish to make the community a better place. To help me achieve my goal I would need the powers of admin eg ban and something small but will be a good help to be able to freeze and move players with the phys gun. I have never abused as a moderator and have been grate help to new mods and the server in general. I have got to the point where I have been mod for long and experienced my next step at zarp is to be admin. I have been in many of situations were a phys gun and ban also no clip would be very helpful. I would be very grateful if I was granted admin. Please let me show you my capabilities and thank you for reading.

Hello congratulation's on becoming a moderator on zarp I wish you the best of luck and here's some training points.
The TAB menu
First of all I would suggest using the tab menu instead of manual written commands as there’s are not able to mess up and lets start off basic.
You have 8 options kick, slay, bring, goto, back /spawn or last location, freeze, unban from job, teleport
You will hardly use kick only if there is a prop spammer or somebody not removing props with warning to do so/ defiant users.
Slay if a big gun rule is broke and they don’t holster gun with warning or prop spammer to give you time to kick them.
Bring is useful in f1s
Back is very good to put player back to last location or spawn makes life easier basically
Freeze if somebody will run from f1 and as freeze for 30 sec or 1 min as punishment
Unban from job is if in random demote situation.
And last but no means lest teleport to move a player to location looking at eg a roof out of the way.
Next on the agenda is
f1 menu
Your f1 menu gives you basic options like bring and goto . These are helpful in f1 also you can copy reason and reporter stream id and you can discard as spam. Use the log to check if player was killed and you can copy log also arrests and job change or disconnect.
Next is your abilities
You can tp as mod on duty and is in situation as other job but abusing this could result in demotion.
You can warn by typing in chat /warn player name reason
Warn using their steam id as it is more accurate.

/goto players steam id
/slay players steam id
/kick steam id
/bring steam id
/freeze steam id
these are the most common
always use steam id
