I have read over your report and can see where you are coming from but due to you haveing not enought proof I am denying it, Witnesses can not be used as proof or we would have everyone just sticking up for their friend. The Admins and Mods that you mention should of handled this at the time so it didn't need to lead to getting on the forums. If you have any other proof or evidence to provide you are more then welcome to send it to me on steam. (ADDED) or join TS and we can talk about it.
