Charles and Joshua have been proven to be casual rulebreakers. They have been warned 5 times yesterday alone because of their behavior (those were just my F1s, I do not know about other players complaining about them) and they continue to do things that are against the rules.

Reason Killing me with a big gun as a hobo
Story
I was attempting to steal Joshua's car. As soon as I lockpicked it, Charles got himself an ARES and shot me with this to defend Joshua's car. Though, I'm not even sure if a hobo is supposed to defend a hitman, but he did it anyway. You can see in the video, that at 0:42, Charles has a gun, as a hobo and is shooting me with this.
