How long have you been moderator for?
Since Gregory took over again (so couple months ago)

How did you managed to contribute your time as moderator on our server?
I have played and helped out in what has been needed and also played with the players that have been on to know if they are breaking rules or not.

What obstacles did you encountered as a moderator? Not many as not many players have been on.

One person is complaining that shop on spawn was somehow griefed, how are you going to use LogBlock to find griefer.
I would take a look at the logs and see if anything has really happened and if it is true I would find the player who did and ban him but before I handle with the player I would go ahead and revert what had been broken and after I would punish the player in the best way possible.

How will you handle following situation. Player x appeals his ban in great detail, apology and effort. You are checking ban list and you find that you banned him for one week because of being disrespectful and griefing. If it would be his 1st ban then I would most likely shorten it depending on what he said but if he was banned in the past for similar offences then I would tell him to wait his ban out.

Well I would like to start off by saying now that ZARP has opened up my favorite game mode on Minecraft which is Survival. I also have had alot of experience with administrating a server for example; I am a Super Admin on DarkRP which I have worked hard for and that shows I have dedication, I am trusted and also I can use to good as I can handle rule breakers. I have also noticed we have not got many admins in this time so me being promoted would not be a bad thing as I can be trusted with this amount of power, so I hope I get this position.
