How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would kindly tell the disrespectful player to stop what they are doing as it is not nice and it ruins fun for the rest of the players within the server. I will let the player know that if they continue, there will be consequences to their actions. These consequences will be a warning via the warning system and if they still continue to be disrespectful, I will gag or mute them (depending on if they are using chat or voice chat) for a time limit. If they still continue after that, I will assess how serious the situation is and decide whether or not to just gag/mute them for a longer time period or to simply kick them as they have not decided to be a respectful player and should not be allowed to ruin the server experience for the other players.

Why I should be chosen: I believe I can be a great addition to the staff team if you wish to take me on. I am not a biased person, instead I am friendly but strict. I will put the server rules before anything and anyone, so no one will get away with anything when I am on the case! Deathrun has been a large portion of my Gmod life and I never get bored of it. I am already a part of the staff team on Zarp SSRP and I wish to expand my assistance by becoming part of the zarp DR staff. I know the rules and I know when and where I should use the warning system as I have had quite a bit of experience. Deathrun Zarp is how I found this community and I would appreciate it so much if I were able to help out within the roots of my joining of the community! (not sure if that last bit made sense but I knew what I meant so it's fine)
