Look here we are to judge the moderator capabilities and we cannot let past experience of that nature have an effect on our decision. I have been speaking to Jake and he is friendly and never makes pointless f1s and yes he has some warns which put a darker tone on the decision but I believe with help he could become a good moderator +support
