Reason Quickly jumping in a car someone else lockpicked and then selling it.
Story
I was attempting to steal a car, just as Nade Jones quickly hops in (he did not own the car, neither was the car unlocked) once I finish lockpicking. He gets out almost immediatly, and I get in the drivers seat. Just as I drive forward and nearly run him over on accident, I get out and want to chop-shop the car. Just before I get to the NPC, Nade Jones has chop-shopped the car, which was possible because he had been in the car just before I got in.
