I have spoken with the admin that banned you. He never banned you permanently, the ban was for 2 weeks.
It was the 2nd day in the row you was caught rdming and being wanted doesn't give you the ability to shoot cops. Only if they acknowledge and attempt to arrest/kill you is when you may open fire on them, with the exception of raids. Still this seems a little too harsh for the offenses so your ban has been reduced to 5 days due to having RDMed consecutively between two days.
