I do find your resignation very disappointing. Especially considering this is the fourth or fifth time now there has been a meeting about your behaviour in the community and I have been the only one there with DCX, with EMP, with Jose, with whoever else wanted you demoted defending you for hours and hours on end. Not only do I sit there for hours defending your status on my own, I also do so at a great cost when people become increasingly angry that you are still in your rank. So you can imagine my surprise when I found that my effort was entirely wasted and instead of trying to put right your issues you gave up the very first time there was any consequences for them.

I couldn’t save you from a demotion this time, but I did secure a chance for you to get your rank back. It is of great regret that you were unable to see that opportunity through.
