Best thing to do, respect everyone on the server, even if they don't respect you, this way you will be looked at differently and come out on top. Give it some time before you reapply and make sure you avoid breaking rules.

The problem with reapplying every week is that it makes you seem desperate for power. That on top of posts like these does not help you getting a moderator position.
