Hello Wannabeadmin,
I have reviewed your report and have decided it will be denied for the following reasons he didn't break any rules. Admins are giving the advantage of Noclipping when building because of the amount of time and dedication they put in to staffing the server. He was no clipping to fix something and then seen you which caused him to go back to his base and wait to for you. If anything he should of put himself to the back of the base and let his gang fight first and acted like you wasn't there but that would be the right thing to do but isn't displayed anywhere in the rules or told to them. I have see enough here tho that I will discussed with the lead team about different options of admins Noclipping and building to see how we can prevent this in the future. Thank you for taking your time in bringing this to our attention.
