Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Being a moderator is difficult since I cant do as much. When I'm a moderator and someone is mass rdming I cant freeze them in time then they leave and I cant ban them for mass rdm. But I have managed to catch some people and actually be able to freeze them and get them warned. Also I've managed to handle f1s that were difficult.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around
One of the situations that were really difficult was when a guy CDM a lot of people and the guy was recording and taking screen shots. He took at least 5 pics but most of them just showed that he went around them. But 3 of them showed he was going at him with his car when he was hugging the wall. The person told me "are you ready to ban someone" and I wasn't sure if that was a ban able offensive. So I just looked at the screen shots where he CDMED and just warn him those amount of times and he just got kicked from the server.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello you have been accepted to become a staff member/moderator. I will have to show you some commands and tips for you're moderator training. An easy way to get the command is to use the TAB system. You click on the player that you want to use the commands. Some commands are
/goto (player) make sure that it targets the player and/or press Tab click on his name and click Goto
/tp (player) make sure it targets one player so it doesn't TP the whole server or use TAB
/bring (player) can also bring the player
/back (player) will put the player back to his last position and you can also use the TAB system
/warn (player) will give the player a warning for what they did like RDM and if the players name is difficult use their steam ID
/unwarn (player) will give you the access to unwarn the player if the warning was false or just the wrong player
/slay (player) You can Slay the player if its really necessary
If someone makes a f1 that they got randomly demoted and it was true you can unban them from their job by pressing TAB and click unban and choose their job
To kick a player just press TAB and click Kick and give a reason like if they are prop spamming

Hello I looked at you're ban appeal and I see that you are really sorry for what you did. You're ban will be lowered but you still will be banned for prop spamming and trying to crash the server. I really recommend you to take a look at the rules before anything else and getting yourself banned. Thank you.

Being a moderator is very difficult to catch player rdming or prop spamming because I cant catch them in time. By becoming Admin its much easier to get the rdmers and trolls. If a moderator needs help I will always be their with them to help them. If they have any question I can help them and if a moderator need to ban someone for some reason I will be there with enough evidence. Having more commands can really help me with f1s. By being admin I can make sure that people aren't breaking the rules by spectate them or be cloack. Thank You Have a Nice Day
