Other comments Another player named xXxMLG Su93RShPe3xXx and a moderator named Brother Leeroy were also involved. While I was writing this report, Teodor also RDMed me for the reason 'mugging' while I was clearly telling him I was reporting him at that time (see evidence later on)
Reason According to the rules, props should not be 'abused'. This means that props should be used for building, not for breaking windows or anything else.
Story
Teodor Menace used props to break windows of a building. I don't think that the lack of players in the server should mean that players are allowed to fool around and not follow the rules.

The players spawned props, pick them up and shoot them away using their physguns and push them through windows, which breaks the windows. I walked up to them and said that this wasn't really supposed to happen and they came with the defense "Mods do it too".

I'd say that using props for non-building means that it is abusing, considering you're not using them the way they are meant to be used. They called a mod to tell me that it is allowed, though, I don't think that they should be doing this.

While I was trying to capture evidence of the prop abuse, Teodor decided to "mug" me while I was clearly telling him I was reporting him on the forums, and ended up shooting me within 5 seconds after saying that.

According to Teodor, I am not allowed to report him for something that an "admin" (actually a moderator) approved, as Brother Leeroy was doing the exact same thing as them. Just because Leeroy did it, doesn't mean it is supposed to happen, thus my report.
