Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. Random Death Match also known as RDM is when a player randomly kills someone, for example "Bob randomly killed someone for no reason"

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. New Life Rule also known as NLR is when a player returns to the place where he died in his previous life, for example "Bob got killed then returned to the place where he died"

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Metagaming is when you use OOC information IC, for example "Bob saying "Selling guns at my gunshop $500 each" in OOC chat.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. If player y has no warns I would explain to him why he is being warned then, I would warn him for RDM, although if player x is known to report people for no reason I would take that into consideration.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. If player y has no warns already I would explain to him why he is going to be warned and what he has done wrong, then I would warn him for NLR.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would write in OOC chat "Player X don't Metagame please or I will have to warn you"

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words). I think I should be chosen as I can be on the server everyday and I have alot of previous experence with being staff, I have over 2000 hours on Garry's Mod and have spent most of it in Dark RP. I'm kind and know every rule of Dark RP so I know the punishment I have to give to rulebreakers. I am a kind and respectful person and would not abuse my powers.
