If you don't get many supports from players then it'll just be mostly judged by how good your application is, I don't really think you should be bumping it unless you just wanna reply to someone and its necessary.

Correct me if i'm wrong but when you said "I will do my best to support this server with donations." if you mean that you want to donate actual money to the server there isn't really a reason to do so, You don't need to donate money to actually help it, Actually playing smoothly and not breaking rules or if you get accepted and you handle F1 is more then enough in my opinion.
