I have noticed that in your example for your RDM situation there is a problem you said that you would ask the eyewitnesses, and that is not allowed most of the time the eyewitnesses would lie so we only ask for actual proof ( screenshots or videos).

Also why would you disobey the rules while applying for modarater it will bring you down vary fast..
