Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I feel that i know how to be a mod. I have made very few mistakes and i have experience from Zarp before. I know the commands very well and i feel that i am ready for the new commands. I contribute alot too the server for example i was playing speedrunners with my sister and someone in the teamspeak said they needed help with f1s so i went on and helped then left.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There was this time where 1 guy was mass rdming mutants in their spawn. At the same time the mutants kept running back too the side of the tunnel where the guy was mass rdming them and started rampaging out of the tunnels murduring everything that moved. I teleported the 2 mutants and the guy that was mass rdming them onto a roof near the banker. As i did this there was 1 guy underneath the roof screaming at me calling me "Fucking cunt fag rayman" and being disrespectful in other ways. So i warned the guy underneath screaming at me and then he stopped for a split second and then started shouted "You warned me you cheeky fucking cunt" . I proceeded too kick him for disrespect. Then i took care of the 2 mutants mass rdming and the guy mass rdming the mutants. They all got warned twice. The guy that i kicked came back and started screaming again so i requested an admin come in and ban him.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Some of the things you are expected to do.
Being a mod takes a lot of self responsibility. You're expected to go out of your own gaming time and help other players. You have to prepare yourself for any kind player it could be a calm person or it could be a person screaming at you down the mic. You have to learn the rules so you don't accidentally make silly mistakes. People will look upon you as someone that will help them and expect you to know what you are doing.
Here ill explain some commands that you will be using:
If you ever need help from anybody try typing /// or @ and write your message asking for help. The /// or @ command lets you type too staff members without any normal player seeing what your writing. If you want to teleport do either /teleport or go into the tab menu find your name and teleport yourself forward. You can also bind a button for example bind "mouse4" "say /teleport" so every time you press mouse 4 you get teleported. If you want to bring someone to you or go to them you press tab menu, find the person and if you click the button Goto it will teleport you to them if you click the button Bring it will bring them to you and if you click the button teleport it will teleport them too where you are aiming. Another way of teleporting is typing /goto and /bring, they do the same things but if you have 2 people on the server with the name chris you will teleport them both so you have to make sure you are teleporting too the right person and how you do that is you look to the right of your chat bar and it will highlight the name that your teleporting to. Do /freeze and the person will be frozen and /unfreeze will undo this process. You can freeze and unfreeze in the tab menu to. Too warn somebody you go into the tabmenu go to the person you want to click and click on their steamid so it copies it then you go into chat and type /warn "steamid" "reason" to reverse this you do /unwarn "steamid". Kicking someone is safest through the tab menu .

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I Hello thank you for submitting this unban appeal. From what i see i banned you permenantly propspam. Since this is your first time on the server i will change the ban from permanent to 2 weeks. If you then go on the server and propspam again you will be banned permenantly and you will not get unbanned again.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I take a lot of time on my applications and i am social with very many different members of the community. I like to talk alot and make new friends so new players i usually greet them on the server. I am gentle when i do f1s if its not anything very serious. I am polite too players that i do f1s with and always wish them too have a nice day after i do their f1s. I feel that i am mature and trustworthy enough to learn the new commands and not have to call another admin to come and help me with a player that needs banning. I help other mods and admins if they ask on the teamspeak that they are having a hard with many f1s.
I am a very dedicated moderator and i think i am ready for being admin.
