Most of the time when you scroll through ban requests, mod apps or unban appeals, you see a lot of people just posting whatever or giving minimum information, aka, they do not use the template. As I'm sure some of you are aware, on SteamREP they've made it so that if you post a topic in the Ban Request Forum, you have to fill in a template, rather than copy-pasting a template in there. Having something similar will stop ban requests popping up with only a few lines of text instead of all the necessary information, like SteamID's, Screenshots, etc.

The only issues I can think of would be that people might complain about "how weird it is", but for that it's simple to add a url linking to a little guide to, for example, how to find your SteamID.
