How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: Whenever a player disrespects another player (or staff member), including calling names, spreading rumours etc. he'll receive a verbal warning and depending on what this person is doing a gag/mute. If they continue and the situation worsened the person will risk receiving an official warning. If they keep continueing on this path they'll receive a gag/mute and get kicked from the server and the said person will be reported to other staff members so they can keep an eye on the person as well.

Why I should be chosen:I have experience with moderating on DR as I've been a moderator and admin on ZARP DR already. I had resigned because I needed a break from DR and just Garry's Mod in general, but now I'm back and enjoying it again. I'm being active again (or starting to be active again). I don't abuse my powers and will only use them when necessary. I attempt to get all those that disrespect, trapsteal and trapspam off the server and keep the peace on the servers. I currently inform online staff if something bad happens on the server, from trapstealing to major disrespect. I will again try my best to make the ZARP DR servers a pleasant place for all those who join, new and old and helping those who need it.
