The motivation for the kick was that he was refusing to sell the doors and didn't seem like he cared what we said
as for the "rule" itself i did ask some admins about it 2 weeks ago or so and they said that if someone comes and buys the front doors but someone already has a base there he should sell them . It seems logical in my head.
