Okay I just typed a crap load out in my defense and apparently the session expired.
Long story short you were letting prisoners out that myself and others were arresting for breaking the very laws you put out and then some. Fail RP.
Instead of for lack of better words being a dick and demoting you I role played hating my job, quitting it to become a gangster, and worked my way up to godfather. I then took that anger and turned to vengeance using my newfound power over all criminals. I wrote an elaborate yet painfully short agenda against you wanting your head on a silver platter.
I was not the only cop upset with my boss, in fact, when I went to PD to scout the area out for my newfound army, casually trying to stroll in since I knew from my personal still-have-not-died experience that the security was new, and weak. I had found another cop walking out of PD ALREADY COMPLAINING over the mic, and basically I was like yeah? I hate the mayor too! Oh? why? oh. you should go tell him that! How else will he know to change his laws?! He was like yeah I'll tell him alright, dont mind me. He runs in, unlocking doors but forgetting to shut them as he went along, basically inadvertantly forgetting to shut and lock them behind him in his rage. I happened to come in behind him, knowing this guy was fresh meat and I was getting an easy ticket in. I lost track of him, and stepped into the jail cell area, which was still all unlocked and wide open, and he was not there. I spotted an AFK cop and casually strolled past him to look in the reception area, not there, either. So i ran to see if the other cop had gone upstairs, and he had! He had left the door wide open and guess who i see who then hid behind a door. I proceeded to take my long-awaited revenge.
This is when Exrobite starts arguing to no end about how we worked together and fail rp this fail rp that what I did was not wrong I was right it was my policy to let criminals out.
You demoted that player from two different VIP positions that he paid for, and both for the same incident you THOUGHT occured.
You argued and said some pretty disrespectful things towards the end for like 10-15 minutes, causing me and redpheonix to be absent from say 7 F1's and climbing (6/7 I was no longer able to help the player and was told every other time that I am a shit admin due to lack of logs that would be there if I had been there in a sufficient amount of time).
By the end man there is not going to BE hard feelings but there WERE because you would not let it drop and by then I had to tell you to go to forums and was very irritated.
Honestly, to wrap this all up when an admin comes up to you and tells you that what you are doing is Fail RP, you should change what you are doing and address it a different way. When you choose not to change it, instead of me demoting you, I went along with YOUR SITUATION to be nice, and role played you OUT of your position. Then you blow up on me and demote that other kid 2x for the same incident.

All of this is an issue in my book. Even if I made a mistake here, I will and CAN own up to it, though I may want a thorough explanation so that I may improve. Next time, own up to yours and don't sit there and argue for lord knows how long, causing 10x more problems than needed and taking 10x more time than necessary.

P.S. You had all 3 cell doors open, and they were released almost immediately after release. It is not possible for you to control all three channels making each of them pay bail especially at the rate of release at the time.
