Staff Member(s) SteamID: Not needed because this is merely a verbal complaint

What did the Staff Member(s) do?: He convinced a cop the break the rules by leading him to me. I overheard him talking with said cop about how he wanted to kill me, nigh 10 seconds after I heard doors unlocking, I go down stairs thinking "what is this" and I see the cop followed my hampered. He kills me. I demote the cop for being corrupt, he says "it's not being corrupt he had no idea I was following him," even though 10 seconds ago I had overhead the forementioned discussion. He was agitated because I was letting prisoners bail as one of my laws / orders, because I wanted a forgiving society, which he said was not allowed.

I do not intend this to be a report, just a complaint. I do not have any proof of the initial conversation, so he can argue all day about how the CP had no idea he was being followed, but he went against my orders, and went unpunished and even protected by Hampered.

Again, I do not wish for him to be punished, I just want this situation sorted and any rules that remain in the gray area outlined. I feel if the Mayor and Cop rules were more outlined, this event could've been avoided all together. I'm sorry about what I said after, but I was getting really frustrated that my case was getting nowhere.

This whole prediciment brings up the greater issue of many of the job rules being left to the logic of the users, and, the strain of logic used by diffrent people varies, leading to many different points of view on unstated rules. I think that some of these main rules and guildlines should be put in place, as right now any mod / admin can make anything up (not saying that is what happened in this case.)
