I'm only telling you this because you sound like your in a predicament with money I do not support or recommend this option but anyways. You can find one of the 100people who will buy it for you if you pay them with in game cash. You could also just hang on a little while until the developers have time to work on some payment options other than PayPal, I believe this is in discussion already about the other ways to pay.
